Some reports, perhaps overly optimistic, claim this satellite is undergoing “in-orbit maintenance.” The last IGSO satellite to be launched, Beidou IGSO4, may not be in service yet. It seems that the medium Earth orbit (MEO) satellite, Beidou M1, is not considered useful for actual applications at the present time.
